The City of Selma Personnel Department will no longer restrict accepting applications for Fire Fighter vacancies to specified times. This policy will continue until further notice.

All interested applicants may apply at the City of Selma Personnel Department Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm at City Hall, 222 Broad Street.

• Minimum age requirement is 19 years of age. 

• HS diploma or GED required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license at time of appointment.
