     The men and women of the Selma Police Department are proud to serve the residents and visitors of our city. Our highest priority is to protect them against the criminal activities of others and to enhance their sense of security, safety and well being.
 
   Our department is committed to excellence by providing professional law enforcement services in accordance with the law, while being sensitive to the needs of the community.
